I received an ARC in exchange for my honest opinion.I enjoyed this book very much. I have read nearly every one of Cameron's books, and this one did not disappoint. The writing is well developed and the characters are relateable. It is a feel good, sweet story of lost and refound love.
This story is not the typical alpha/omega story. These characters have developed the same types if insecurities that people would in real life with similar experiences. I find that when an author brings real life to a story, the story comes to life in a special way.
I hope all of those reading this book as enjoyable as i did.

Tying the Knot was a very well written and thought out book. The characters were well developed and I liked how there were small glimpses of the past. This is my first book of this author and boy can she write a book full of HOT attention grabbing moments. But what I really like is that yeah there is all this really hot and intimate sex going on. But she doesn’t leave it at that, she brings in moments to build a relationship on.
I love Dustin and Fox these characters were brought to life through the writing of Casey Cameron. One of my favorite parts of the book is a date that Dustin and Fox had that everything went disastrously wrong. But it was the way they handled it that made me like it. There was a lot in this book being left at the altar by text, all expenses paid at a resort, first love found again, talk of Tolkien & Dungeons & Dragons, alphas & omegas. As well as funny and meddling family, from which I liked the follow moments. Fox was being questioned by his sister and his mom, and a question came up and the mom left the room. So that the sister could get the answer and then tell the mom later with all of them knowing that this is what would happen. You will have read the book to find out what the question was. The other moment is quote from book “Cassandra raised a hand and intoned solemnly, “You’re only young once, but you can be immature forever.””. Dustin and Fox are beautiful characters that make you want their HEA for them. This book is a must read for sure. I received an ARC for an honest review.
I love Casey Cameron's writing, so much so that as soon as she asks for reviewers I find my hand rising into the air. The fact that I don't normally read about alphas and omegas, don't know the "rules" or even know what I'm getting into - irrelevant. So yes, I was given an advance copy of this book to review. And I was so right! Casey writes a fine cast of characters and evokes empathy as well as an intense feeling of connection between the reader and Fox, in particular. Poor Fox has been dumped twice, and he's really sad and filled with self-doubt as to his worth. Just as the story gets to the point where your heart actually hurts for him, in comes his crazy, hilarious family. And so it goes, back and forth through trial and misunderstanding to triumph and happy ever after; Casey lets you feel Fox's pain and doubt, but just at the moment when you might tip into maudlin territory - here come Fox's sisters, his parents, or his crazy uncle. They aren't there simply for comic relief, though, and it's easy to imagine being part of such a loud, boisterous, supportive clan. Dustin gets his fair shake too, but because the explanation for his behavior is a long time coming, the reader feels Fox's frustration all the more personally. This is a story of history revisited, growth and second chances. It is sweet, funny, and hot. And of course, has the requisite HEA.
Bought the book because it looked interesting. I was wrong. Didn't like the concept of alphas and omegas. It was like a bag college gag. Will not buy another book by this author.

This book has all the angst that every romance book couple normally goes through. It has all the love that every romance book couple normally have and want to display to each other. And, of course, it has its HEA…
But ohhh, baabyy…it has ohhh, sooo much more than all that!!!

There's a tortured soul (or two) with a tender, loneliness buried so deeply inside. It only feeds his regret, of how he let love and the only happiness in his life slip through his fingers. He HAD, had it all. Right there in front of him. But, he thought that he, himself, wasn't enough. He believed he had to be more than he was, better than he was. Because he couldn't accept himself as he was, he didn't believe any one else could, either. Problem was, the love of his life, his Omega COULD, and DID. But, he wouldn't let himself believe it was true. So, he left him. He only left to better himself, for the love of his life, that he had every intention of coming back for. That is, once he made the "something of himself" that he thought would be "something worthy enough" to offer to his love. The other problem was, even though they had always talked about there never being any one else for either of them, he not only never told his love why he was leaving, (about going to Paris to learn to cook ya, but about not being worthy enough, no) he also failed to mention that he would be back for him, too. He just assumed his love knew that. It didn't help that he didn't bother to write to him, either. So, when he's satisfied with himself, thinking that he was finally worthy of his Omega and would be able to properly take care of him when they were married, he returns for him. And, truly, it had only been a couple of years - 2 years - but, Oops…his Omega didn't know to wait for him. He thought he had been abandoned by his Alpha. They had always said that they belonged to each other...that it would always be just them but, he'd left him, without another word. His Omega knew he wanted to go to Paris to learn to cook and he truly wanted him to go. He would never have wanted to be the one to hold him back. He just never figured he'd be abandoned and forgotten by his Alpha, as he believed he was...But, he wasn't...
And, everything that happens along the way to meeting and finding each other again is either really tense or suddenly outright hilarious, which is sooo appropriately placed in the story exactly when, and where, it's needed!
You'll love the the family, all of which are stuck on "The Lord Of The Rings." You'll love, and hate, how soft and tender the Alpha is with his Omega. You'll love that every one and every thing falls into place as it should. You'll love that every one gets their "Happily Ever After" and that every thing in between really didn't seem to matter at all, because it brought them right to where they needed to be, in the end.
"TYING THE KNOT" will both tie you in stitches from laughing so hard and tie you in knots from wanting and WAITING for SOMEONE to finally "GET IT" (DUH!?!). "TYING THE KNOT" is, also, a double entendres. First, as in "getting married" and second, as in Alpha/Omega mating.
Just as the title is cute, so is the book!

I really enjoyed this book. Both characters were engaging and I loved Fox's sisters. They're protective and caring and would do anything for their brother. Dustin and Fox make a cute couple.
